Role: Project manager.

My Intentions: My intentions for the cricket pavilion will be to construct a front valuation, side valuation, and back valuation of the cricket pavilion which is based in the area of Robert’s park. This is so I can get a much better perspective of the cricket Pavilion when I come to create it in 3D Studio Max.

When I come to create the cricket Pavilion in 3D Studio Max. I hope to use my sketches and photographs as guidance.  I am planning to edit my sketches in Adobe Photoshop so I can get a feel of what colours I want to use for the inside of the cricket Pavilion. I hope to use natural elements such as photographs of the grass, stonework when I come to create textures for my 3D environment. These are some textures that I have taken photos of from Robert’s park. The brick work is from the cricket Pavilion itself and the grass is one patch of Robert’s Park.

I just had another idea for the Cricket Pavilion which was for the appearance of the Cricket Pavilion. The outside for the Cricket Pavilion will be the original design and the inside of the Cricket Pavilion will be modernised, open planned.

http://www.saltairevillage.info/news-00043-roberts_park_park_buildings.pdf . I have used this link to find the floor plans for the following buildings (Half moon cafe, Bandstand, Lodge, Rest Rooms) .But unfortunately there are no floor plans for the cricket Pavilion in this PDF file.
Key information on the Cricket Pavilion.
When we started our day we had met out tutors at Roberts park by the half moon cafe then made our way to the start of our journey by Sir Titus Salt’s and his wife’s memorial. We made our way with the group to the first location which was the cricket pavilion which had an interesting story about a man who had his first cricket match. Then we made our way to the small island where people used to congregate and relax on a nice, sunny day courting each other. We were also informed about a story regarding the boathouse which had been flooded up to the wall twelve years ago. The boathouse was built in 1871 and Robert’s park opened in July 1871 along with the cricket pavilion.
There are many amazing facts to do with the history and evolution of Sir Titus salt legacy. For an example the whole of Saltaire was created between (1803-1867). Sir Titus Salt Died on the 29th of December in 1876.Sir Titus Salt spent the last moments with his family. There was a famous saying about his passing and it goes like this “There was no physical suffering and his breath died away like a soft summer breeze”.  The architects of Saltaire were two men William Mawson ages 21 and Henry Francais aged 39. Both of these architects had accomplished their venture in the year 1850.
Saltaire became well known for township which meant that they had the worsted cloth production which was located at Sir Titus Salt’s mills. There were roughly 1,200 looms yielding 1.8 miles of cloth per day.  Sir Titus Salt had purchased the building on the 31st of December 1850. The people who designed the streets of Saltaire were called Lockwood and Mawson. Jonathon Silver had purchased the mill from Sir Titus Salt which is currently located at 4 Clifton Villas Bradford. In addition to the new mill several ancillary buildings were built to accommodate the workers. The architect who was also a part of Saltaire’s evolving pace was Arkwright Cromford in the 1770s.In 1853 there was a grand opening for the mills in honour of Sir Titus Salt’s 50th birthday which was reported in the National press. We also came across a famous saying was SURVIVE, ADAPT, ENDURE.
My environment may include the river aire, the pub, half moon café that will appear in my 3D environment. I will create the River aire, the pub, half moon cafe from a bird’s eye view and a first person shooter’s view.

I will create concept sketches that show the cricket pavilion from a first person’s view. My 3D environment may come across other key places of interest. I plan to come from the distance as if I am walking towards the cricket Pavilion. I will also see two more places on my way to the cricket Pavilion. I will see the half moon cafe and the river aire in the surrounding areas.
