My Intentions: In flash I am thinking about doing an animation of the beach area flooding and then the flood stretching the cricket field, then showing the Half Moon Cafe in the background. Because I chose such a trivial Point of Interest, I found it ridiculously difficult to find photos of the beach area, never mind old photos, because of this I also decided to model the Cafe.
In 3D studio Max I will start with a plane and change it into the shape of the ground (making sure to differentiate between the beach area and the grass). In the background I will model the Half Moon Cafe.
When I have modeled the scene I have the camera first focus on the Beach Area, as if just crossing the canal from The Boathouse. From the Beach Area I will focus and then zoom in on the Half Moon Cafe.
