My Intentions: I intend to make a 3D model of the boathouse, the model I will try to make as real as possible, so I will need to take lots of reference pictures that also will be used for texturing the model. I also plan to go to the Boat House Inn sometime soon and take some pictures from the outside, then the inside. I feel this will help me very much to visualise the building and its surroundings.

The other thing I will need to model is the surrounding environment, which is the river aire this I feel will be very hard to do, and it will be very hard to make flowing water in 3Ds Max.

I am also going to do a floor plan of the Boat House Inn to get a better understanding of the layout; this will also help me in the design process when making the 3d model, this also ties in with the other objects  like trees and the Beach area across the river
I also want to include some history in my 3d environment, like some quotes from and maybe a voice over explaining some more history. I want the building to be set in the modern era around the present.

When animating the building I want there to be multiple shots from outside and inside, also an animation of a walkthrough to the front of the building, then finally looking towards the Beach area where the next animation will begin.
